Preferably for single male or female with no children or pets. Company allowed sometimes but no extended stays and NO parties. Absolutly no drugs or alcohol on the premises. Month to month lease. Proof of residency and verified employment/income required. Deposit required and payment negotiable. Move in date might be a little flexible, but first week of November looks to be the time frame it will be available. With all this said, this is more of a house share. We dont expect to find a best friend but we will be sharing a lot the same space. We are a M/F couple in our 30s, full time employment outside the house, and have a 15 lb [removed] dog (dachshund). You must be okay with dogs! Marty is the king of the house and will be the determining factor.
