This cozy budget friendly beach retreat is just steps from the beach, bars, fishing pier, oceanfront restaurants and shopping on the barrier island in Deerfield Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance! This townhome is professionally managed and maintained. See full descriptions and additional details below. Bedroom/Bathroom Layout: The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet and Full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and closet with a full bathroom located just outside the bedroom door. BOTH bedrooms are located upstairs. There is a half bathroom on the first level. Outdoor Area: Enjoy your morning coffee or your favorite beverage on the private, fenced in back patio. A round table with 4 chairs, umbrella and 2 additional plastic chairs are provided. Also located on the back patio is an outdoor shower and a small ELECTRIC grill. Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a homemade meal. Electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with NO drinking water dispenser, toaster, a basic keurig and also a drip coffee maker. We Do NOT supply coffee grounds, K-cups, sugar, creamer and food condiments. Beach Access: To make your walk to the beach as easy as possible, Included are 2 beach chairs, umbrella along with a rolling cart on wheels. There are 2 Public beach entrances within the same walking distance. The north side of the pier is paddle board and surfer friendly with less crowds. There are also several beach volleyball nets on the north side of the pier. Towels and Linens: 2 Towels per guest along with 1 set of clean bed sheets are provided with your stay. We will provide 4 larger size (Beach) towels with your stay. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit on the first floor to take care of any laundry. Laundry detergent is provided. Parking: For the duration of your stay, 2 Free parking spaces are located just a few steps from the front door. No RV parking. There is a paid parking garage around the corner that can accommodate extra vehicles if needed. TV (Television) Setup: The LIVING ROOM TV is the ONLY smart TV available inside the townhome with a Roku setup to stream live TV or log in to your Netflix, Hulu, Etc.... The upstairs bedrooms each have their own TV, HOWEVER they have an air antenna with ONLY Local channels and we cannot guarantee which channels you will be able to be viewed. Please let me know if you have questions about the TV setup. Paddle Boards, Surf Boards and Bike Rentals are available around the corner at island watersports and the billabong store. Additional Information: Free high speed WIFI, a hairdryer in each upstairs bathroom, In unit washer/dryer are included. Hurricane Impact windows and doors keep the property secure and reduces any outside noise. There is an outdoor shower with an exterior entry to rinse off from the beach. Owner pays for all utilities including internet. One TV in the living room has a Roku to stream.
