Enjoy a large living area, smart TV, hardwood floors in main spaces, plush carpet in bedrooms, and generous closet storage. Guests have keypad entry and private use of an in-unit washer and dryer located in the basement. The basement is split into two sides - one for each unit so you would have private storage and laundry space. There are 2 private parking spots included with rent: you will have one dedicated garage spot and one dedicated driveway spot.
