There are two reserved, covered parking spots in front, as well as a storage shed, patio, and lawn behind the unit. Laundry hookups and central air. We cannot rent to more than 3 singles. We allow only 2 vehicles; you have to apply for an exception if you want to park another vehicle. Every occupant over the age of 18 must pay an application fee and pass a background check. Tenants pay all utilities, including water and trash. The security deposit amount is the same as one month's rent. We charge a processing fee of $50 to set up a new lease and $50 for end-of-lease processing, which includes the final inspection. We also bill the tenant for professional carpet cleaning after moveout. (The cost varies depending on what's needed and should be between $250 and $350) at the end of the lease.
