Rental payment for this room is currently $900 per month, due on the 1st of every month. Utilities are included with rental payment(s). A sweet, older female cat lives in the home. Please understanding no other pets or pet sitting is allowed. A small aquarium or terrarium may be acceptable. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or any derivative of inside the home. Indulging in such activities can take place on the screened in back porch or off the premises. Should you indulge, you are solely responsible for everything encompassing such activities and must be compliant and adjust to any request to stop or move if anyone on the premises asks.
