There are currently two people living in the home. It is a great location very close to downtown with parks, grocery stores and shopping close by. Only 8 minutes to downtown Charleston, Avondale, Park Circle and anything you might need. Hardwood floors throughout with area rug and runners, a kitchen furnished with silverware, cookware and appliances. Will make room if you prefer to use your own. Tour dates and times are updated regularly so pick a tour and come see the space! Lease duration is 6 months with option to renew. Rental payment for this room is currently $950 per month, due on the 1st of every month. Utilities are included with rental payment(s). A sweet, older female cat lives in the home. Please understanding no other pets or pet sitting is allowed. A small aquarium or terrarium may be acceptable. Absolutely no smoking, vaping or any derivative of inside the home. Indulging in such activities can take place on the screened in back porch or off the premises. Should you indulge, you are solely responsible for everything encompassing such activities and must be compliant and adjust to any request to stop or move if anyone on the premises asks. You are responsible for the prompt and proper removal and disposal of any and all materials involved. Littering anywhere on the premises is prohibited and considered a lease violation. Parking is first come first serve basis. You are responsible for any repair(s) and or replacement of anything caused by you, your pet(s) and or your guest(s). Returning the room in the same condition or better than received upon vacating is your responsibility.
