We have just fully remodeled the kitchen and both upstairs baths. The fully finished basement includes a 4th non-qualifying bedroom (no fire escape) that we use as a craft room. The three-season room overlooking the pool is the "great room" for piano and music. The forced air Heat/AC system is supplemented by full basement heat throughout the house. We love it here!
