Then you enter into the kitchen with brand new appliances and granite countertops to the left of the kitchen is a closet that encompasses a brand new washer and dryer. Then you enter the great room which is carpeted and has a large glass dining room table and a comfy leather couch with a leather recliner and a large television that overlooks a great view of Downtown Daytona Beach, the speedway and the ocean. The guest bedroom is a large space with 2 queen beds at the moment and its own balcony area. The guest bedroom has its own private entrance into the guest bathroom which you can also access from the kitchen. The guest bathroom has a granite countertop with and inset sink a regular size bathroom tub and a walk in shower as well as a toliet. The master bedroom is like its own private retreat with a large balcony and walk in closet. The master bedroom also has a large bathroom with tile floors a double granite countertop sink, jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is mostly retired couples and snowbirds. The condo building does have quite a few families I guess because it is new and since the units are so large we do have some families that live year round. Plus with them accepting pets in the building we do draw a younger crowd then other buildings. I cannot offer much advice about the schools my husband and I do not have kids so we aren't aware of the school settings.
