    What's special

NEW CONSTRUCTION 3RD FLOOR LAUNDRY SHARED BACK YARD TONS OF LIGHT HUGE 8 FOOTLONG CLOSET, 2ND CLOSET SMALLER NEW VIDEO OUT THIS HAS YET TO BE SHOWN PHOTOS COMING!! I have a 2 bedroom apt 3rd floor (does not need to be converted) apartment in the East Village on Ave C and 3rd street. Both bedrooms fit fulls (queens), dressers and have windows etc. and the living room a couch etc. The apartment is prewired for internet, and has hardwood floors. I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE SAME UNIT WE TEXT EVERYONE. Flexible landlord, guarantors are not required and if needed are allowed to be from anywhere in the US. Sublets are okay with landlords permission. I personally have been renting an apt from this landlord for the last 12 years and loved the experience. I will be renewing. There is a new police station up 6 blocks north which in regards to safety is actually pretty great. It's only for detectives and parking meters so no loud sirens but makes the block one of the safest in the East Village. The area is awesome- The F train is blocks away at 1st Ave and 1st street (24 hour stop) and that literally goes straight up 6th avenue to NYU, West Village- Penn station, Bryant Park, Rockefeller and finally Central park, the J,M,Z are 3 blocks away (8 min) There's a huge running track on Houston a block over where Zog sports plays a lot of games. Two free Outside public swimming are a block away as well. There's a Whole Foods down Houston street with a YMCA that has an Olympic sized swimming pool. SOHO, Lower East Side, NYU, Greenwich Village, Nolita, and of course all the East Village are close by. MTA has a website now that tells you the exact minute when the bus will be on the corner. This is an occupied apt so the landlord is expecting that I'm either meeting clients or at least talking with them by phone before bothering his tenants. Besides there are too many variables like showing times, move in dates, details of the apt etc to work only by email. PLEASE ADD YOUR IDEAL MOVE IN DATE, BACK UP DATE, PETS AND BEST NUMBER TO REACH YOU ON IN YOUR EMAIL. Hope everything works out with your search. Cheers, Nicholas
