Welcome to the Fuller House, an 1809 historic Cape located in downtown Brunswick. Our home has been curated to keep with its historic nature, giving it charm and personality, but with modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable. The house is available to rent fully furnished, as seen in the photos. Only a short walk to groceries, coffee, dinner, shops, Bowdoin, and MSMT. It's also easy to access the rocky beaches and trails of Brunswick and Harpswell, and very close to quaint Midcoast towns, such as Bath, Freeport, and Boothbay. It is a 30 minute drive to downtown Portland on the highway. The Brunswick Amtrak and bus station is about a ten minute walk as well. All utilities: electricity, heat, internet, water, trash, and snow removal are included in the monthly rent. We live one street over from the house so we are close enough to assist with any issues that may arise, but far enough to provide privacy. You will always have the entire house to yourself. Applicants will complete a background screening and provide references prior to being provided a copy of the lease. A security deposit of $1,000 will be required. Rent is due on the first of each month. The house is available for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum period of 10/1/26 to 4/30/27. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
