We are hoping to find a good fit for the house, where long-term tenants live in 2 upstairs units, and the neighbourhood, where we have good relationships with the neighbours. You'd also be responsible for shovelling snow to your apartment entrance. The apartment will be freshly painted white before you move in (will look different than photos)!
