The townhomes have a finished basement with a den/living room area and with full size washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. There is an eat-in kitchen with a patio door that exits to your own private backyard and garage. The kitchen has a built in microwave and dishwasher and plenty of counter and cupboard space. Both Bedrooms are on the top floor and feature large closets with mirrored closet doors, ceiling fans, window treatments and nice windows. The rent on these units is $1,725.00 plus gas and electric. We take care of all snow removal and lawn maintenance. We also have 24 hour call answering and a full time maintenance staff. You will never have to wait to get things fixed. We do not accept dogs as pets and we do not participate in the section 8 program. You have to see the units available because my descriptions do them no Justice.
