Amenities include starter toiletries, starter kitchen supplies, laundry detergent, linens, basically everything you need in a comfy home. 2 parking spots + ample street parking. Pet-friendly (with refundable $350 pet deposit, $50/pet rent). Move-in with first month's rent + another month rent as refundable deposit.
