    The historic Pioneer Building is a circa 1907 classic brick row building situated on the main intersection of Smith Center, KS in rural America. This building had one long-term occupant, the Smith County Pioneer Newspaper. The original print machine is still located in the basement. The historic machine is so large, the building was built around it! The building has tons of original charm waiting to burst through. Much of the ornate and original wood trim, transom windows and original doors remain on the upper floor.
