As we are temporarily relocating for a few years, we are offering our home for rent. It is located inside the Belmont Country Club subdivision in Ashburn, and is certainly one of the nicest neighborhoods in the national capital region. We just recently finished the 1,300+ sq ft basement, adding a large recreation area, 120" screen theater area, 5th bedroom, and full bath on the lower level. As a whole, the house is over 4,500 sqft on 3 levels, with 5 bedrooms plus an office, vaulted ceilings in the entry way and family room, a large loft area great for hanging out with the family, 4.5 baths, hardwood floors and carpet, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and a gas stove. We selected the neighborhood before actually settling on our particular house we were looking for the absolute best schools we could get, at all the educational levels. Our elementary school is Newton-Lee, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, although they do pick the kids up at the corner. The middle school is Belmont Ridge, and the High School is Stonebridge (but will be changing to the new Landsdown HS in a couple years). All three of these schools are tops in the area, and we would encourage you to compare these to other in Loudoun and Fairfax.Our home will be available for rent mid-late June, and we are ideally aiming to find someone who will enjoy the area as much as we did over a 2-3 year lease.Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Tenant responsible for utilities and homeowners fees, and a 2-year lease is preferable.
