    Available for August 2026 move in. This townhouse used to be our home- now we rent it out. Step out and catch the bus to the Pentagon- approximately 10 min ride to the Pentagon Metro Stop. Completely renovated 4 bedroom townhouse in Arlington, VA (built in 1989; renovated in 2015 and completely again in 2022) -- this place has everything you could ask for in a townhouse- especially ideal for a roommate situation. Location, location, location: close to Clarendon (approx. 1 mile), walking distance to Fort Myer, short bus ride/drive to the Pentagon/Clarendon (24P), Ballston and easy access into DC (bus 16Y runs to Farragut Square). Brand new washer and dryer on the first floor of the house! Two Master Suites(on the third floor) with two additional bedrooms and one additional full bath. The 4th bedroom has a fireplace. Eat-in kitchen (Room for a Table/Chairs with Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite Countertops and a two-person eat-in kitchen Island. Living room and separate dining room. All flooring other than bathrooms(which are tiled) was upgraded to a luxury vinyl wood plank flooring in 2022, bringing the house together nicely. In 2022, every surface of the home was painted, including the professionally finished cabinetry, as well as the ballasts and handrails on the stairs. Bedrooms are approximately 16 by 10 (4th-smallest) and 16 by 13 (larger 3). The 2 bedrooms (Bedrooms 3 and 4) on the first floor share a hallway bath that was renovated with a new vanity, fixtures and paint; (the smallest (Bedroom 4) has a fireplace, built-in book shelves and a small closet); Bedroom 3 has a large picture window and large closet. All bedrooms and living room has been recently painted. The living room is on the second floor, and has direct access to a small backyard with a new, trex deck and fully enclosed small yard with a 8 ft wooden fence- perfect for grilling out and having friends over. Parking is never a problem on this cul-de-sac, and the townhouse comes with one off-street parking space and off-street parking that does not require an Arlington County sticker. Rent includes all association fees (which includes front yard landscaping and snow removal in winter). You pay for water/trash, electric and cable/internet.
