Landlords live on-site. Plowing, mowing, well water, septic, trash and propane are included in rent. Leases are month-to-month. 30 day notice is required before move-out, last month's rent will not be pro-rated. There is a $500 non-refundable cleaning fee due at move in date. Dogs must be on a 6 foot leash when outside. There must be a kennel for the dog(s) for maintenance access to make repairs or service calls. Pet waste must be picked up when it is produced by the animal. If it is not, then maintenance charges for cleanup will be charged in accordance with decorative charges for inside the unit.
