This is a 4 bedroom ( 1 King bed on the main floor and 3 queen beds upstairs) plus a queen sleeper sofa in the den. We have a fully stocked kitchen and all new appliances. Business level high-speed internet is available to get all your work done. There is an office desk in the den for a workspace as needed. We have a 2 car garage with an additional space to park two additional cars on the driveway. Watch a large 60" Samsung Smart HDTV with Roku TV from your family room and click on/off your gas fireplace. A second 55" HDTV with Roku TV in the upstairs loft is also available. The clubhouse, pool, gym, picnic tables, kayak launch are right behind the property across the street. You will have a washer and dryer in your home that you are welcome to use. The laundry room is also equipped with an iron and ironing board. HOA fee which includes clubhouse access and electricity, gas and internet will be additional charges. Please bring your own linens, towels and cleaning supplies. Your safety matters. This property features two exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is at the front of the house facing the driveway, and camera 2 is the Ring video doorbell facing the front as well. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. A Simplisafe Alarm system with motion sensors is installed but currently turned off on the property and is not in service. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt or remove these devices will lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund. This is a off season rental for a maximum duration of 4 months. Parking is allowed for four cars maximum, two in the garage and two on the driveway. Trash and recycling day is Monday every week. No Smoking. No parties or events. Quiet time after 10 PM. Loss of HOA clubhouse e-fobs (2) incur a charge of $100 each, respectively.
