As you enter the home, you arrive in the sitting area with the staircase to the upstairs bedrooms within a few feet. The sitting area flows into the dining room where you are led to a galley kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, air fryer, utensils, cookware, seasoning, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and starter cleaning supplies. Two queen-sized bedrooms with private bathrooms are located upstairs on opposite ends of the home. The first bedroom is just off the top of the steps to the right and is an ensuite (includes its own bathroom). Your bedroom is down the hallway with access to its own private bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the main level just beyond the kitchen with a full-size bed. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms (no sharing) along with a keyed lock entry for privacy. You provide your own linen (mattress cover is required), towels, and bathroom essentials. No car, no problem! You will be located within two blocks walking distance of the Wolfe Street entrance of Johns Hopkins Hospital. Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center along with many other Baltimore hospitals are a short drive or bus ride away (including Loch Raven VA Medical Center, UMMC, Medstar Union Memorial, Grace Medical Center, Sinai Hospital, and Mercy Medical Center). Paterson Park, Canton, and Fells Point are all within walking distance for local biking, dining and waterfront strolling. Current housemates are one travel nurse (male) and one vacant room. Basic rental criteria is as follows: verification of employment, verification of rental history, verification of criminal history, and a credit score of at least 620. Access to the basement is restricted. -No smoking allowed. -No pets allowed. -Guests are limited in a shared house environment. -Quiet hours are currently from 10pm to 7am.
