Paterson Park, Canton, and Fells Point are all within walking distance for local biking, dining and waterfront strolling. Current housemates are one travel nurse (male) and one vacant room. Basic rental criteria is as follows: verification of employment, verification of rental history, verification of criminal history, and a credit score of at least 620. Access to the basement is restricted. -No smoking allowed. -No pets allowed. -Guests are limited in a shared house environment. -Quiet hours are currently from 10pm to 7am.
