Apartment info:- Available for rent immediately. - 1 bedroom 1 bath approx 600 sf - small but full of charm- This apartment has laminate hardwood, updated kitchen with dishwasher and granite and nice living room/dining room area. - HEAT & WATER are included- Roof top deck above garage- This is the garden apartment in a 3-unit owner-occupied building- Free laundry right outside the back door of the unit- Extra large storage unit- Very charming with plaster walls and archways- Decent closet space with large hall closet in living room and another large closet in back of apartment. There isn't a closet in the bedroom.- Bedroom is small but will fit a queeen bed and dresser, assuming you don't have a huge bedframe- I'm not going to lie. This is not a huge "condo quality" apartment. However, it's priced right, has free laundry and heat. I had extensive sewer work done a few years back to ensure that this unit will not flood. Honestly, this place is perfect for 1 person or a couple. - Tenant will pay rent via PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to view the apartment, but must be willing to get one. BTW, Paypal is awesome and secure because I send you a rent request, you email me the money.
