What the owner loves about this home

I love the location which is about a block from the Swamp Rabbit trail which is a cement Rail to Trail. It is 10 miles to Greenville and they have restaurants and interesting sights that on the trail. Example The Rabbit trail, 4 season adventures, and browse, and stroll the art market. This community is clean and well maintained. The management staff are professional and kind. The best way to describe them is wonderful. A new community center that will have a sauna, fitness center, and a community room is being built. We already have a pickle ball court. My home is comfortable and roomy. The appliances are new. The bathroom is a walkin. Plenty of kitchen space. A spacious loft.
