With wonderful neighbors, in a safe neighborhood, it's the perfect place to take a stroll while taking advantage of all this quaint town has to offer. Utilities and lawn maintenance are included. Pam's Breakfast restaurant is practically at your doorstep for a quick coffee and breakfast, Granbury Square is a short 5 block walk, plus super strong Wi-Fi ensures staying connected during your stay. THE SPACE This 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex is only 5 blocks from Granbury Square. You will find a master bedroom with king bed. The sunroom is a perfect 2nd bedroom with a double bed, as well as a small desk for an office space. (the washer/dryer is also in the sunroom) The ample windows in the sunroom overlook the fully-fenced backyard with beautiful trees that offer great shade. Sink into the sectional couch and read a book or watch TV that offers your favorite streaming service. Local Spectrum Wi-Fi offers blazing fast internet. GUEST ACCESS You will have private access to your right side of the duplex and your right side of the front porch, as well as the fully private backyard. Our home is pet friendly and has tile/linoleum floors throughout. Vacation Rental Reminder Our accommodations are offered as short term and mid-term rentals, so some bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper) and coffee/tea, paper towels, and trash bags are provided to get you started. However, these items are not replenished during your stay. Pets We are a pet-friendly home and allow up to 2 dogs during your stay. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet prior to your stay. As much as we love cats, birds, and other animals, we are not able to host them in our vacation rental. Owner covers lawn care, gas, water, trash and up to $300 in utilities (high electric use overages are billed to guest) $120 cleaning fee on a monthly basis. No smoking indoors. Dogs are welcome with $150 non-refundable pet fee per dog.
