The grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. Activating the pool and spa heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. This fee will be charged separately and is not included in your initial booking. For those visiting Disney, the location provides quick access to all the Disney parks via just one exit up Toll Road 429 to the Western Way Blvd. Disney entrance. Access to this "secret" west Disney entrance is just 8 minutes away and avoids the heavy traffic that can occur with the main Disney entrance. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on the property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. The pool and spa heating system relies on heat exchange technology and may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature. The temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80F and 100F depending on outdoor conditions. The pool heating system is equipped with a safety mechanism that automatically shuts off the pump in extreme cold weather to prevent damage, which may result in temporary interruptions to the heating service.
