You will be centrally located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville and music row. Also 10 minutes from Vanderbilt. The space Beautifully furnished single family home complete with fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms have top of the line king tempur-pedic mattresses. The Master bathroom is finished with carerra marble and the shower for two has 5 shower heads and double sinks. The stainless steel kitchen has a 6 burner gas stove, loads of high quality cookware and everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals at home. There is a Nespresso coffee machine and a sodastream. The water has reverse osmosis installed in the sink to provide clean water. There is a new side by side washer and dryer. The room on the first level has a workout bench, free weights, a rowing machine, yoga mats and TV. If you want to get a boxing workout in, Title Boxing is a couple of minutes walk from the house. The YMCA is a 5 minute walk. The music room can be turned into an office if that would be more useful for you. The screened in porch has a door connecting the music room/office and there is a private bathroom connected to the office/music room as well. The wonderful screened in porch with glider sofas and a fire pit is our favorite place to catch up with friends and one another about the day, write or enjoy our morning coffee. There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms, the gym and living room. The furniture is super comfy, new and high quality. You will have a private garage and gate with a clicker for extra safety.
