Place is ok if you can handle surrounding development activity. It is old home built 1920s basement is dreary with partial dirt floor, not for everyone. Newer hardwood floors and appliances. The heating is fuel oil furnace can be expensive to fill but works very well. Central Air also works well. All in all it is functional and conveniently located. Do not just request showing.
