The home stands 20 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga (avoids the interstate traffic!), 8 minutes from Fort Oglethorpe shopping, and 5 minutes to downtown Chickamauga. We installed new windows, freshly painted all the walls, and remodeled the kitchen. The floors are hardwood as well. We planted a perennial garden which includes blackberries, blueberries, a pear tree, and figs. We are looking for tenants who agree to a one-year lease. We do not allow pets inside, but there is a portion of the yard that is fenced in. No smoking is allowed on the property. We ask that you change the filters once a month. The tenants will be responsible for all utilities including water, electricity, and internet.
