UPPER FELLS POINT HOME WITH CONVENIENT PARKING EASY PARKING ROOFTOP DECK 4 BEDROOMS 3.5 BATHROOMS DOUBLE MASTERS A beautiful home in Upper Fells Point that offers the perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience in a safe and friendly neighborhood. THE HOME: This home is filled with natural light throughout its spacious, above-ground levels (no basement-level living). The home features two master suites, each with a big bathroom, perfect for accommodating guests or family. One has a double shower with a bench and the other a big bathtub and separate shower. The third bedroom upstairs would also be ideal as a quiet office or kids' playroom, and there is a third full bathroom right next to it as well. A room with a big closet downstairs can comfortably serve as a large fourth bedroom or additional living space. It is the same size or bigger than the master bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs also has one of the most beautiful kitchens you have seen, with plenty of bench seating for family and guests. The home is an "end of group" with lots of natural light. A dining space with an original brick accent wall welcomes you into the home from the front entrance. There is a convenient half bath downstairs as well. We lived in this home ourselves after running out of space and wanting a better kitchen than we could find in our luxury apartment. This house was amazing, but we took a job that required us to relocate. While historically preserved with wooden window frames and brick walls, the home was completely gutted and has a clean and dry concrete basement storage area as well. This is a very nice place to live, without any sketchy curved staircases, or bedrooms built into basements. You will be comfortable here with plenty of space to have privacy! LOCATION: It is about as close as you can get to the beautiful and expansive Patterson Park while remaining on a quiet, easy-access, one-way street. This home is a short walk to historic Fells Point, offering upscale dining, great coffee shops, retail shopping, and, of course, bars and live entertainment all along the waterfront. LOCATION BONUS: Your neighbors are wonderful too, which really can't be overstated in Baltimore. You really want great neighbors, and on this street and the surrounding streets, you will feel happy and safe outside. PARKING! You'll cherish having dedicated off-street parking - it's very rare. If you don't know the area, without parking, you will have to circle the streets and pray for a spot, eventually leaving your car all alone...and it's no fun. Having parking that you can easily access from the main street and not an alleyway is absolutely a blessing. ROOFTOP DECK: The home has a private rooftop deck with stunning views, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. It's easy to access with a single set of stairs. HOPKINS: It is also very close to Johns Hopkins, and only two blocks from the JHU shuttle route, which was an important consideration for us. SUMMARY: Upper Fells is one of the most desirable locations in the city. This home is truly special and not in a "we really want to rent it" kind of way. It is genuinely a very nice and clean home that you will absolutely love. The price is also listed lower than the suggested rental price, which is always nice. If you can't decide between a place like Union Wharf or your own more spacious space that's still very nice and safe, this is probably the house you've been searching for. APPLY TODAY: Don't miss out on this unique rental opportunity for $3,300/month. It's easy to apply using Zillow. So apply today, and you won't be disappointed. SUMMARY OF TERMS: We're looking for responsible tenants who will care for this home. A one-year lease and good credit are required. The tenants are responsible for water and utilities and for keeping the area outside the home safe, clean, and presentable. We welcome house-trained and well-behaved pets, although no pets have lived in the home since we purchased it many years ago. If you meet these criteria and want to make this beautiful home your own, we'd love to hear from you! Notes: We prefer applications submitted through Zillow but will consider applications with reusable tenant screening reports from other valid and verifiable sources.
