Quiet, safe, fairly eclectic neighborhood with ages ranging from 30-somethings to retirees; lots of children. We have been here almost 10 years and are not aware of any crimes being committed to person or property. A few rentals here and there, most all with long-term occupants. Population is fairly stable...most of my neighbors are the first or second owners of their homes.
