Truly a hidden gem, as this part of the island doesn't have public access, beyond a few cars, so it's just folks staying right there. My favorite spots in this home is the expansive outdoor areas, with sectional sofas, dining, and firepits, and more. I love that I can hear the waves crash from here. The space You will have a full kitchen, dining area, living room with smart tv, one queen bedroom, one double twin bedroom (with two additional rollaway twin beds), 36' x 12' outdoor patio, and in-unit laundry facilities, with outdoor beach shower. The one entire unit of the triplex will be yours. If there is no reservation in the upstairs unit, please feel free to use the entire driveway. It will fit six cars. However if there is another reservation, please be sure to park your car(s) on the right of the driveway, leaving the left side for the other unit. The driveway fits a total of six cars, so if you were to have more than three, you can park in the street as well. Owner pays all utilities. Property is fully furnished. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is prohibited even outdoors. This home is pet-free, however a small dog will be considered with additional security deposit. This home is available from November 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027. Trash and recycling come on Mondays. There will be a refundable $2000 security deposit collected at lease signing.
