    Welcome home! This home is practically a new build. The home was taken down to the structure walls and rebuilt as follows; new floor joists and sub-flooring in the living room and front bedroom. All drywall was removed as well as most interior walls. New interior walls were installed and some of the exterior walls were re-structured. Every last inch of electrical wiring and plumbing pipes were removed. The entire home has been re-wired including a new service. Every receptacle, switch and fixture is brand new. All new pvc drain lines and PEX water lines, with some copper, have been installed. Every sheet of drywall and paint is brand new. All new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The furnace and electric water heater were existing but are only approximately 5 years old. The central AC is brand new (no AC originally). New vinyl siding installed along with a new roof, gutters and downspouts. The rear entry door is new as are all interior doors and hardware. Most of the windows have been replaced as well. The kitchen has plenty of cabinetry/shelving, with a single bowl SS sink and disposal, along with a dishwasher, fridge and range. The crawl space has bee encapsulated, the foundation walls sprayed with foam insulation and a commercial de-humidifier installed to keep moisture levels down in the space. The large shed has a new roof, with some sheathing, replacement siding and re-structured throughout including new entry doors. County permits were pulled and all inspections have been passed. Brand new home at an existing home price. Welcome home!
