3/2/2 with fireplace. All tenants will have their backgrounds checked. There is a non-refundable fee per adult and is charged when ordering credit reports. This is a smoke-free home so no smoking. Pets are negotiable and because the backyard is so large, we will consider allowing chickens (in a coop and no roosters). The fireplace works well but you are only allowed to burn cured oak wood as it burns clean and is not too hot. A fire pit is provided and you will have a good amount of wood available to burn in it. The home and property are well suited for entertaining and there is ample parking available along West Hosack for those times. The heavily wooded area of the property will be maintained by the landlord.
