8/27/2014 : most major things replaced (roof/windows/HVAC/water heater/siding) - some things still to be done (kitchen). NOTE - There is no fireplace. Zillow won't let me remove that "add-on" - I do not know why. Parking is not assigned, however, we have two spots that we routinely use without trouble, and a few guest spots nearby. Waters Landing lake is within a short walk. Sound proofing is decent - rarely hear neighbors or outside noise. Easy access to 270, although 270 itself suffers from rush hour traffic at the usual times. The basement is completely finished, except the laundry/heating room. I've never had water problems in the basement (very dry all year long). There is a rough-in for a bathroom in the basement, however, I have no plans to install one.
