Bottom floor consists of a bonus den with wet bar, half bath, access to back patio and front two-car garage. Large driveway parks 4 cars (very unusual for the area). The community provides a large common green space and is a cul-de-sac for children to safely ride bikes and play. It's walking distance to The Children's School (pre-school) and Glebe Elementary. Easy access to downtown Arlington with shops and restaurants and into DC via GW Parkway. Renter pays for water, gas and electric based on their usage. Set up cable as desired. Only pets who are potty trained and respectable in the home (no tearing up hardwood floors, chewing on baseboards/doors, etc). Owner included HOA fee (care of all common green spaces and clearing of snow) in base rent. Renter responsible for maintaining the property to maintain the appearance for the community as well as keep inside as they found it. I have a wonderful, very reasonably priced cleaner I can refer. Absolutely no smoking. No rentals less than 3 months allowed by the HOA; long term rentals preferred.
