Welcome to Park Place Townes, a new, fully furnished townhome with a 2-car garage near the heart of Greer, SC. This pet-friendly monthly rental (6-month minimum) is available for those seeking a more extended stay while you travel for work, look for a home, or enjoy all the upstate has to offer. All utilities are included, and pets are welcome with a fee ($250 for first pet, $100 for additional pets). Enjoy your home away from home at our tastefully decorated and modern townhome. Our home is pet-friendly, with a fee ($250 for the first pet, $100 for each additional pet requested after booking), and utilities included in the rental price. Upon arriving at the townhome, guests may park their cars in the driveway or the 2-car garage. Entry is available through the garage or the front door, and guests will receive their private entry code upon booking. Downstairs, you will immediately walk through the spacious entryway and find the half bathroom off this hallway. Our dining table seats four, and there are three barstools at the large kitchen island for additional seating. The living room is beautifully decorated, and the sofa and two armchairs offer a comfortable place for guests to relax after a long day. The television has Roku for guests to stream their personal streaming accounts. Our extensive kitchen features an island, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, a toaster, a Keurig coffee maker, and so much more-- you should find everything you need to whip up a lovely meal. Upstairs, guests will find the laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, all three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The twin bedroom has a twin bed and a dedicated office space where guests can comfortably work at home. It also includes a closet, a nightstand, and a lamp. Next to this is the queen bedroom, equipped with a full closet, two nightstands, and lamps. These bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination. At the end of this hallway is the spacious and comfortable master suite. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, toilet room, and double vanity. The master bedroom has a king bed, a large dresser, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and two nightstands with lamps.
