Nice little older house on southwest side of Colorado springs. Off street parking, fully fenced shaded backyard, close to downtown and the west side. No smoking allowed in home, renter is responsible for the upkeep of yard and premises, water is included. this house has an old cesspool, so my waste water options are limited. it is functional and has been working for decades but needs a person who has the ability to add a treatment to the system monthly that i supply, you just flush it down the toilet. a washer and dryer can be used but again must use certain soaps to work with the natural flora of the system. as well limiting overall waste water is helpful to the overall longevity of the system so one tenant would be my ideal candidate. other wise this is a very nice little house.
