This is a beautiful Victorian home built in 1901. I feel it has the perfect layout to house people traveling for work and away from home. I ensure the basic needs are there; comfortable (new) bed, no lease, short term, laundry, full kitchen and bath, utilities, short drive to work and a place to relax. It has a beautiful wrap around front porch with public parking across the street for guests. I pay all utilities, including WIFI. Rooms are furnished. Price is $400/week per room and paid weekly. I will reimburse portion of week not used at end of stay (1 week minimum). There are currently 3 rooms available which would share a bathroom, laundry and kitchen. Better than motel, similar to Airbnb, cheaper than both. No extra fees at all.
