Very quiet neighborhood old Florida feel with lots of trees and plants 2 mile walk or bike ride to siesta key and Captain Curt's/Sniki Tiki Less than a mile to Publix, and all the stores and shops of Gulfgate on Stickney point and 41 200 yards to 41/Tamiami Trail, and the bus stop Very working class middle class neighborhood. Everybody is either friendly or minds their own business. It's a minimum of one year lease. I am willing to do a two-year lease with minimal increase in rent for the second year.
