Great place to live. Most of our tenants are graduate students, particularly Law and Business School due to the proximity. Very nice updated apartment one block from Main Street (and Washtenaw Dairy). Brand new floors, counters, sinks, paint, toilet, hardware, lights... entirely brand new unit. Current lease ends July 15th but the tenant will be finishing his grad program and hoping to move in mid May so listing this as a June 1, 2026 to help them out if possible. There is some flexibility on exact move in date if necessary, i just like to make sure i have enough time to properly check out the units, make any repairs, paint, and clean.
