I am a private landlord and very responsive. All my tenants have my cell phone. No waiting on hold or submitting work orders online with no response, and I also really try to accommodate my tenants whenever possible (example, not charging change fees if current tenant is able to move out early and we find someone else to rent early, and I don't nickel and dime tenants for security deposit on move out). My basic philosophy is if i can save my tenants' some money and it doesn't hurt me financially or take a painful amount of time I try to make it happen! Thank you. David
