    Great location. Very Nice 1 bed 1 bath less than a block off South Main. Exact start of lease is somewhat flexible (depending on the unit). Perfect for young professional or graduate student that wants to be right downtown but not live the undergrad life. Quiet building with parking, laundry and storage included. Right down street from Famous Washtenaw Diary, walking distance to downtown, Big House, and much more. All of the units have been updated and with similar finishes and floor plans. This is walking distance to law school and business school (who make up majority of our tenants). Rental term = 11.5 months payable in 12 equal payments, but willing to consider shorter lease period for right tenant. $2250 security deposit and $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. 1 off-street parking space, free washer and dryer, water and gas included, with WIFI scheduled to be installed for building this summer. Move in date depends on unit availability. $50 application fee per tenant. Excellent location - 5-10 minute walk to everything downtown and on campus. Quiet building (only 8 apartments total). There may be some flexibility to move in early if needed, depending on current tenants... *Pictures are of a few different units - all units have been updated and have similar finishes. Great place to live. Most of our tenants are graduate students, particularly Law and Business School due to the proximity. Very nice updated apartment one block from Main Street (and Washtenaw Dairy). All units nicely updated. Unit 3 and 4 Start Date: July 1, 2026. Other units will available may still be available a start date of 8/1/26 and 8/15/26 (currently listed earlier on separate ad for tenants hoping to move out earlier since their program will be ending. There is some flexibility on exact move in date if necessary, i just like to make sure i have enough time to properly check out the units, make any repairs, paint, and clean. Feel free to reach out to me about your specific timeline and logistics, and i can let you know if it is doable. We would love to have you come out and look at the apartment in person, but i also have videos i can send if preferable. 11.5 month lease (50 weeks with equal monthly payment). Perfect location for young professional who wants to live right downtown or a graduate student who needs to be near campus but away from undergraduate life. I am a private landlord and very responsive. All my tenants have my cell phone. No waiting on hold or submitting work orders online with no response, and I also really try to accommodate my tenants whenever possible (example, not charging change fees if current tenant is able to move out early and we find someone else to rent early, and I don't nickel and dime tenants for security deposit on move out). My basic philosophy is if i can save my tenants' some money and it doesn't hurt me financially or take a painful amount of time I try to make it happen! Thank you. David
