On the weekend, yard sale shoppers are active so be cautious for what you leave outside(front yard) because it can get mistaken for "trash". The community is home to established property owners so in our cul de sac, there aren't that many young children in the event that you have kids and like to socialize, however there is a park within walking distance. Lastly, since the home is on the corner, your sidewalk might find itself with cars parked there overnight since some homes have limited parking spaces, the home security system will provide peace of mind.
