During the holidays, many of the surrounding home owners take pride in showing off their celebration spirit. Our kids always loved seeing the lights in December and dressing up in October. The backyard is very large in comparison to most homes in El Paso and there's a partial mountain view, the backyard along with it's established grass/plants/trees are Tenant responsibility. As far as distance to known locations here's a brief breakdown: 10-15 min to The Fountains and Fort Bliss (depending on the gate). 15-20 min to CSM Gate on East Bliss. Under 10 min to Zaragoza shopping centers (North and South). 10-15 min to I-10. Around 5 min to 375 Loop. The community is home to established property owners and there is a park within walking distance. Lastly, the home is on the corner lot, your sidewalk might find itself with cars parked there since near by homes have limited parking spaces, however the home security system provided with the home adds great peace of mind.
