Rental is for a private room on the first floor with attached full bathroom. Both bedroom and bathroom were just painted, with new hardwood flooring (LVP). Room is 14' x 13' plus closet and bathroom. I have a full set of bedroom furniture available (currently in another bedroom) if you need it. Washer and dryer are just outside the room as well as the kitchen, which we will share. House is located at the end of cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood on a 1 acre lot. My house backs up to the woods and Jones Creek, which includes a dock to enjoy kayaking or just watching the crabs. Deer are often walking through the backyard. I work full time and spend many nights at my girl-friends house, so the house sits empty much of the time. My oldest son (23) also lives here while attending college. He also spends a lot of time away from home. My girl-friend and I have a small golden doodle dog, extremely friendly, but he spends most of his time at my girl-friend's house. If desired, I also have extra garage space if you would like to also rent room to park your car inside, or we keep the ping pong table there. I have extra space in my attached 2-car garage, I am willing to rent one side if interested. I will consider a small dog, but it will depend on how your dog gets along with mine. A clean room policy is required to ensure food is not left out that would attract insects into the house. No smoking is permitted.
