The water is included, which saves money. You only need to open and pay electricity and gas. Washing machine and dryer are in your unit, so you don't need go out to do laundry. Walk to Shady Grove Metro Station is only 7-8 minutes and a free shuttle bus is available to your building. Parking is just next to your condo. Most stores are only a few minutes walk. Nice Pets are always welcome but is an additional $50-$75 each per month and the pet security deposit is from $250-$500, depending on the size of the pets.
