King en suite with walk in closet completes the top floor. This townhome features ample space for your family to enjoy and relax! Guest Access You will have full and private access to the entire unit during your stay. Neighborhood Quiet residential neighborhood nestled in between Gretna and Elkhorn Ne. Other things to note Please note that this townhome has multiple flights of stairs. The two car garage is on the entry floor, then one flight up to the main living space. One more flight up to the bedrooms at the top of the unit. Getting Around Car is best, but walking and biking trails nearby to explore! We have multiple furnished townhomes at this location. If this one is not available, we likely have other available units that will meet your needs. Please note that some units may have different layouts and furnishings. We offer 3, 6, 9, and 12 month leases. A month to month lease will be considered based upon unit availability. We do allow pets in certain units with management approval. We do ask that you provide a photo of your pet. We limit pets to 1-2 per unit depending on size, and require an additional non-refundable security deposit. Be prepared that your pet(s) will need to be leashed at all times outside the unit, and you should pick up all waste and dispose of appropriately. To apply for one our units, we request the following items: 1.) Copy of the id's for all adults planning to occupy the unit. 2.) If traveling for work purposes, please plan to provide a copy of the contract or work orders. 3.) If this an insurance claim placement, please plan to provide a copy of the insurance adjusters paperwork covering temporary housing. 4.) For all other renters, please submit the zillow application. House Rules: 1. Please let us know if you are planning to bring a pet, as there are additional fees. Pets must be leashed at all times outside of the home. Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste properly. Excessive barking is not allowed. We would love to know the breed, age, name, and vaccine history of your furry friends! ' 2. Quiet hours begin at 10 pm; please be respectful and mindful of our neighbors. This is a quiet residential area. 3. Please do not throw anything in the toilet except toilet paper. This includes (but is not limited to): "flushable" wipes, sanitary pads or paper towels. An extra plumbing fee of $250 may be applied if the toilet becomes clogged with any of these items. 4. Please make yourselves comfortable and treat the home as if it were your own. We want you to enjoy your home away from home. 5. No parties allowed or additional guests/pets. You will be fined $500 for exceeding the guest/pet limit. Fines for hosting a party are $1500. 6. This is a non-smoking unit. Please do not smoke inside the home. An additional cleaning fee of $500 may be assessed if a deep cleaning is required.
