The kitchen is shared, as are the equipment and appliances. We also provide on-site laundry. The atmosphere is casual and informal. Just looking for responsible (clean after yourself) and open-minded people to share a living space. Rent includes utilities and internet (1 g upload/download). It is close to Cal Poly Pomona and not far from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona. No smoking nor consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premise. No eating inside the bedrooms. Overnight visiters will need to be approved by housing provider and there might be extra fees. Quiet hours and sharing of the appliances and common areas could be decided and adjusted by all residents. Monthly house cleaning is provided free of charge. Residents/tenants need to maintain and allow access for cleaning crew. Everyone is expected to share light common area maintenance, such as taking the trash out.
