A wonderful three bedroom ranch home with vaulted ceilings, a large flat back yard and wonderful views of the valley. The entire upstairs was repainted and all the upstairs carpet was replaced with vinyl plank in 2020. In 2021 the kitchen was remodeled and all new stainless steel appliances installed, including an upgrade to a gas stove. Granite counter tops and new back splashes were also installed as part of the remodel. The downstairs office was finished, to include matching hardwood bookshelves, corner desk and electric fireplace. The neighborhood is very quite and welcoming. The street ends in a roundabout so there is minimal traffic. Property has well water and is connected to the city waste water. Owner pays annual waste water fee. Tenant responsible for all other utilities including electric, gas, trash and any cable or internet if desired. Generally speaking pets are allowed with approval. We had two huskies living in the property when we lived there. I want to be aware of and have an opportunity to approve of all animals living at the property. There are no additional fees for pets and there is even a medium sized dog kennel in the back yard. No smoking inside the home, including the garage. Tenant is responsible for lawn maintenance and snow removal in the winter. Generally the owner is responsible for maintenance but the tenant would be ask to handle extremely simple maintenance items such as the replacement of burnt out light bulbs and resetting breakers.
