Vaccination certificates, local authority licenses and personal liability insurance is required. There is an additional Pet Rental Charge of $25 per month. Standard renter's insurance policy is usually $80-$200/year depending on the amount of coverage needed. Personal liability Insurance with a minimum $300,000 is required for pet owners. BUILDING SECURITY All entrances are accessed by security keypad using a key fob or personal access code. Each apartment has video entry control system for remote door unlocking for guest access. CCTV cameras are located throughout the public areas inside and outside the building. STORAGE IN THE BUILDING The apartment provide ample storage with numerous closets for everyday needs. There is currently no additional storage in the building. RECYCLING AND ZERO-WASTE TRASH The intent is to make the block a zero-waste. While we get the program up and running we provide full trash removal and recycling. SMOKING POLICY Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the building and in all outdoor areas including the walkways, car parking and patio areas.
