Long term rental over the winter includes access to the Rendezvous club at the base of Winter Park Resort (with an additional fee) which is an amazing amenity for families. Leave your skis, poles, boards at the club with no added expense for a locker rental, and you get a great spot to suit up before you head out for your day of skiing/riding! $5,000/month, + utilities/water and hot tub maintenance. Snow removal included in the HOA fee when snowfall exceeds certain amount. Tenants will need to clear snow when HOA does not.
