I have 3 private bedrooms each available for individual rent in a well-maintained triplex just minutes from Downtown Colorado Springs and Colorado College (CC). Private Rooms: Each private room is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Large, double-pane windows provide plenty of natural light while a generously sized closet offers convenient storage. Each room has its own lock and features its own mini-split system allowing you to control your individual room temperature. Both furnished and unfurnished room options are available. Furnished rooms include a large smart TV, queen-size bed, desk and chair, and mini fridge. Shared Bathroom: The full bathroom is clean and bright with a standing shower. The bathroom is shared among tenants; each tenant has a dedicated shelf in the bathroom closet for personal belongings and toiletries. Shared Kitchen: The kitchen is warm and inviting, featuring updated finishes and appliances. It's fully stocked with the essential cookware, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen necessities for tenants to share and enjoy. Shared Backyard & Laundry: The backyard and laundry area are shared by tenants throughout the building. They are both quite spacious and well maintained for tenant comfort and enjoyment. As a shared living environment, you may occasionally see other residents and guests using common areas around the property. Rent & Fees: * Rent: $850/month * Utilities: All utilities are included in the monthly rent. * Security Deposit: $1,000 refundable deposit * Application Fee: $35 application fee through Zillow Parking: Parking is first come, first serve for the designated parking space in front of the house. There is plenty of street parking available after that. Laundry: Laundry is shared among the building. Each load costs $1.00 in quarters. Tenants are asked to be mindful of their laundry cycles and remove their clothes as close to the completion of the cycle as possible. Please also be respectful of other tenants' personal belongings and shared laundry time. House Policies: * No smoking anywhere inside the apartment or the building. Outside is permitted. * No pets. Because this is a shared living situation, we want each individual tenant to feel comfortable, relaxed, and at home in their space. * Please clean up after yourself in all common areas. * Please keep activities reasonably quiet after 9 PM. * Be respectful of roommates' personal belongings and shared spaces. * Be mindful of your time and belongings when using shared areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry. FLEXIBLE LEASE TERMS We understand that a shared living situation isn't for everyone, and that's okay. We're really looking for three tenants who can peacefully cohabitate, communicate respectfully, and feel comfortable where they're living. Our goal is to make sure it's a good match for everyone involved. If the arrangement isn't a good fit for someone, we'd rather work together to find a living situation that suits them better. SHORT TERM RENTALS We also would like potential tenants to be aware they are renting out A ROOM IN AN APARTMENT IN A TRIPLEX BUILDING. There are two other apartments in the building that are rented out short term. We are looking for tenants who are comfortable occasionally seeing guests around the property. Overall, we're looking for clean, respectful, quiet, tenants who are comfortable sharing a home and committed to maintaining a peaceful and welcoming environment for everyone.
