This unit has 2 off-street parking spaces available (1 in the garage, 1 in front of it in the driveway). All utilities are included: gas, sewer, water, electric, wifi, trash/recycling. Availability: September/October - April/May. Cleaning fee is $150 prior to move-out. Dogs are considered.
